DMCA Policy

Last Updated: September 4, 2026

Orrop respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, developers, companies, and other contributors to do the same.

This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized representatives can notify Orrop about material that they believe infringes their copyright.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content available on Orrop infringes your copyrighted work, you may submit a copyright infringement notification to us.

Your notification should contain sufficient information for us to identify the allegedly infringing material and evaluate your claim.

A valid DMCA notice should generally include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work

A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.

  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material

Provide the specific URL or other sufficiently detailed information that allows us to locate the material on Orrop.

  3. Your contact information

Provide sufficient information for us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. Statement of good faith

Include a statement substantially similar to:

“I have a good faith belief that the use of the material identified above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

  5. Statement of accuracy and authority

Include a statement substantially similar to:

“I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.”

  6. Signature

Provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

2. Where to Send a DMCA Notice

DMCA notices and copyright-related inquiries should be sent to:

Email: [email protected]

Please use a subject such as “DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice” to help us identify your request.

3. Processing of Notices

After receiving a sufficiently complete copyright infringement notification, Orrop may review the complaint and take appropriate action.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

  • Contact the person or entity that submitted the material.

  • Request additional information from the copyright owner.

  • Request additional information from the content provider.

  • Take other action that we reasonably consider appropriate.

Submitting a DMCA notice does not guarantee that the material will be removed.

We may decline to act on notices that do not contain sufficient information or that do not appear to concern copyright infringement.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A counter-notification should generally include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  2. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court as required by applicable law.

  3. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notification or their authorized representative.

  4. A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  5. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notifications should be sent to:

Email: [email protected]

5. Restoration of Removed Content

Where applicable, Orrop may restore or reinstate removed material after receiving a valid counter-notification and completing any process required under applicable law.

Restoration is not guaranteed and may depend on the circumstances of the complaint, applicable law, and whether the original complainant takes further legal action.

6. Repeat Infringers

Orrop may, where appropriate and at its discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

We may also remove content associated with repeat infringement.

7. False or Abusive Notices

Copyright complaints should only be submitted when you have a genuine basis for believing that material infringes your copyright.

Knowingly submitting materially false or misleading copyright infringement claims may result in legal consequences.

You should carefully consider whether the use of the material may be authorized by the copyright owner, permitted by law, or otherwise constitute a lawful use before submitting a complaint.

8. Third-Party Content

Orrop may host or display content submitted by third parties, including product descriptions, images, logos, screenshots, reviews, links, and other materials.

Orrop does not necessarily own or control such content.

If you believe third-party content on Orrop infringes your copyright, please provide the information requested above so that we can evaluate the complaint.

9. Trademarks and Other Intellectual Property

This policy concerns copyright infringement.

If your complaint concerns a trademark, patent, privacy right, publicity right, or another type of intellectual property or legal right, please contact us at:

[email protected]

Please clearly identify the nature of your complaint and the specific material involved.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this page.
